I don't accept returns or exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are NOT happy, please contact me as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the product, I cannot accept exchanges, but I am sure we can work out an arrangement that will please you.

MY PRODUCT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE WHAT IS PICTURED:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two products are entirely identical. Color variations are to be expected and as a result, no refunds or replacements will be issued for differences in color. Please allow for variations in color as compared to product listing photos and/or previous orders. Please note that this does not change the quality of our products.
